Utilize bolsters its offering with SonicWall’s Unified Cyber Platform

Utilize, a UK-based IT Managed Services Provider, together with its partner SonicWall, now protects more than 14,000 users, and the partnership allows Utilize to manage over 1,200 SonicWall firewalls from a central platform.

Utilize is known for delivering all-inclusive IT support on a predictable per-user, per-month basis, allowing organisations to deploy critical technology without large upfront costs. Central to this approach is ASCEND, Utilize’s technology roadmap that gives clients a clear plan for IT investment, showing how projects align with business goals, when they will be delivered and how costs will be managed.

As cyber threats grow increasingly complex, Utilize required a security solution that protects networks, endpoints, and remote workers while remaining cost-effective.

Utilize manages its clients’ firewalls through Network Security Manager (NSM), using Zero-Touch Deployment for faster rollouts and Unified Management for consistent protection. SonicSentry Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provides 24/7 threat monitoring, while Cloud Secure Edge (CSE) supports a Zero Trust approach. The integration of SonicWall billing into Halo PSA has also simplified operational workflows, helping Utilize deliver services more efficiently.

The partnership has allowed Utilize to improve security across hybrid and remote environments, provide centralised management and faster deployment, support Zero Trust principles, and offer flexible technology models that meet compliance requirements while reducing total cost of ownership.
