Advania UK has announced strong growth and expansion in the UK IT services market. The company achieved a record turnover and quadrupled its client base, while significantly expanding its workforce.
Advania’s combined turnover for the new UK group was a record £452 million last year, 3.3x higher than reported turnover for Advania UK achieved in the previous year.
Strategic Acquisitions in 2024
Advania UK has achieved record sales by increasing offerings in the hardware and VAR space, helped with acquisitions made in 2024. The landmark acquisitions of CCS Media and Servium have been pivotal in driving this success.
With 41 years of experience, CCS Media contributed over £273 million in revenue and bolstered offerings in infrastructure, cloud transformation, AI and managed services. This acquisition has also strengthened partnerships with major hardware vendors, including Dell and Cisco, while introducing new relationships with HPE, Lenovo and Logitech.
Additionally, the acquisition of Servium, a leading value-added reseller, strengthened specialised service offerings with expertise in managed services, IT procurement optimisation, and asset management, enabling tailored solutions for the mid-market segment. These strategic acquisitions, combined with organic growth, have more than tripled Advania UK’s revenue and quadrupled its client base to 9,500. Following the acquisitions, Advania UK also now employs over 1,500 people across more than 20 locations in the UK, significantly enhancing its ability to serve clients nationwide.
Team onboard with new AI strategy
As an early adopter of Microsoft Copilot, Advania UK has integrated AI-powered assistance across its entire workforce, driving a culture of innovation and efficiency. Comprehensive employee satisfaction surveys have revealed the profound impact of this initiative, with 84% of employees adopting use of co-pilot across the business in their day-to-day activities, with self-reported average time savings of around 30-40 mins per day.
