The Fortune 500 is an annual ranking of the 500 largest companies in the United States by total revenue, compiled and published by Fortune magazine. International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day is a global event celebrating women’s achievements and promoting gender equality, held on 8 March every year. Since today is International Women’s Day, News in the Channel celebrates all women, and we celebrate all Female CEO’s who appear on the Fortune 500. As of the release of the 2025 Fortune 500 list (published in June 2025), a record-setting 55 women lead companies on the list, accounting for 11% of the total.
