White-label, self-service marketplaces will enable partners to grow recurring revenue and build stronger and more profitable cloud services business
TD SYNNEX is giving partners the opportunity to make use of the power and capabilities of its StreamOne® Ion aggregation platform to create their own white-label storefronts, enabling them to expand and grow their cloud services business.
StreamOne White Label Storefronts are self-service marketplaces that allow partners to give their customers direct access to cloud purchasing and provisioning, management, and usage reporting.
The partner retains full control over branding, pricing, and the customer relationship. Partners can set up their own URL for their storefront and control which solutions and services their customers can access. They can also manage which customers can scale subscriptions up and down. Multiple storefronts can be set up by a partner for different customer groups, and multi-factor authentication can be enabled to ensure only authorised personnel have access.
Partners can also trigger cross-sell and upsell suggestions within storefronts at key points in the lifecycle, helping customers discover solutions they might otherwise miss and boosting average order values.
Simon Bennett, managing director – Advanced Solutions, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX, said:
“With StreamOne White Label Storefronts partners can give today’s digitally-led customers the convenience, speed, and self-service control they expect. Backed by the power of our industry-leading StreamOne cloud platform, they can scale-up quickly and build stronger and more profitable business, differentiate in a crowded market, and take their cloud services to the next stage of evolution.”
StreamOne White Label Storefronts can be configured to partner requirements with full support from the TD SYNNEX cloud team. There is no charge to partners for setting up and running the storefronts, training is available on the TD SYNNEX Channel Academy learning platform, and partners can also access customer-facing marketing materials and documentation.
