HP Inc. today announced the appointment of Ruth Patterson as Vice President and Managing Director for the UK and Ireland, effective 1 February 2025. Ruth succeeds Zoe Westwood, who has served as Interim Managing Director since 1 November 2024. In her new role, Ruth will report to Neil Sawyer, Senior Vice President and Managing Director for HP’s Northwest Europe Market.
Ruth brings extensive experience to her new position, having held a variety of leadership roles within HP in the United States and UK. Her expertise spans sales, marketing, category management, and operations across multiple countries, as well as in regional and global positions. Most recently, Ruth served as Vice President and Category Lead for HP’s Advanced Compute Solutions division, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and delivered strong results positioning HP as a leader in high-performance computing.
