Lenovo Appoints UKI ISG Technology Leader

Lenovo has announced Tikiri Wanduragala will be joining its UKI business as the new UKI ISG Technology Leader. Tikiri transitions into this role following his impactful leadership of Lenovo ISG technology across EMEA, since joining the company in 2015. He brings with him a wealth of experience and deep technical expertise – particularly in personal systems (PS) and server technologies.

In his new role, Tikiri will be responsible for leading and managing the pre-sales technology teams, driving product evangelism across the UKI region, and providing channel technology leadership.

Tikiri’s distinguished career in IT began at IBM during the dawn of the PC era. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he has held a wide range of roles spanning applications software, test & development, systems software & hardware, product management, and brand management. His insights have supported customers across multiple sectors throughout EMEA.

Wanduragala commented: “It has been a great privilege to work alongside so many talented colleagues and partners over the past decade at Lenovo, and I am delighted to be working more closely with the UKI team in my new role. This is a region full of opportunity, innovation, and varied customer needs – and I’m excited to continue building momentum and delivering innovative solutions across the region.”
