Six new and improved Lenovo Yoga laptops and tablet designs were showcased at CES 2025 in January, all to be released this year, with the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition starting to make an appearance in the US. It is advised to check availability and launch dates in your region with your supplier.

What’s new?
Each model has various features, and to sum up some innovation introductions into the range:

Display Technology: The Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i (14”, 10) features a 98% screen-to-body ratio PureSight Pro OLED display, which is enhanced by the world’s first camera-under-display (CUD)1 technology in a laptop. This innovative design offers a virtually uninterrupted screen experience with superior colour accuracy, certified by TÜV Low Blue Light and Eyesafe® Display.

AI Integration: The Yoga Slim laptops integrate AI through Lenovo AI Core, utilizing the NPU to supercharge creative apps and dynamically adjust settings with real-time adaptive power management. This leads to AI-accelerated efficiency in creative tasks.

Portability and Design: The Yoga Slim 9i (14”, 10) is extremely portable, weighing only 2.62 lbs (1.19 kg) and offering a sleek, durable design with impact-resistant glass. This makes it ideal for creatives who need a powerful yet easy-to-carry device.

Performance: The series is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and equipped with Thunderbolt 4 ports, delivering high performance and connectivity. This allows for prolonged battery life (up to 17 hours) and efficient resource-intensive tasks management.

Enhanced User Experience: Features like the Visionary.ai image processing technology, a high-capacity 75WHr battery, and innovative camera design (CUD technology) enhance the user experience by providing superior visual quality and longer usage times without frequent charging needs.

Camera Under Display Technology

Combined collaboration with Lenovo, Visionary.ai and Intel enabled implementation of this technology into the Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i through the use of real-time AI video enhancement algorithms. The laptop’s Intel Core processor, with the application of AI denoising technology is able to enhance the under display camera’s video recording in real time, with no perceivable lag in streaming. Denoising in real-time is made possible through machine learning – it accurately distinguishes real image details. The result is a superior visual experience with an extended battery life than previous models without the technology enhancements.
