Titan Data Solutions has announced the appointment of Phil Browne, as Sales Director, and Matthew Croucher, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to its board of directors. These strategic hires underscore Titan’s commitment to advancing its ambitious goal of achieving £100m in revenue by 2028.
Phil and Matt join Titan from competitor Exertis Enterprise, and bring with them more than 40 years’ experience, having spent 22 and 19 years in distribution, respectively. These appointments represent the latest in Titan’s continued investment in top talent to accelerate the growth of its business and deliver increased value for partners, customers and stakeholders.

Phil joins Titan as Sales Director and will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the business, spearheading Titan’s trajectory toward its future revenue targets. Phil has a proven track record for building high performance sales teams and will be responsible for the company’s sales strategy, strengthening Titan’s market position and aligning with resellers and vendors to scale the business.

Alongside Phil, Matt Croucher will take up the position of CFO. Matt will lead the company’s financial strategy, leveraging his extensive background to streamline and optimise the financial performance of the business. His expertise in financial controls and focus on bottom line returns will be vital components in ensuring sustainable growth in the future.
