In March 2024 Kinly appointed Justin Paveley as Project Delivery Director for UK and Ireland operations.
With a 24-year career in the AV sector, Justin is also a British Army veteran. Having served in The Parachute Regiment, his combination of military experience and technical expertise positions him as an ideal leader to drive Kinly’s project delivery initiatives.
Justin joined Kinly in 1999 and quickly progressed through the ranks. Over the years, he played a pivotal role in the development and support of Kinly’s UK & Ireland operations team.
In his new role, Justin will spearhead the delivery of Kinly’s project portfolio, focusing on exceeding client expectations with pioneering AV solutions, reporting directly to Stuart Davidson, operations director for the UK & Ireland.
By prioritising continuous improvement and process optimisation, Justin aims to align project delivery strategies with Kinly’s commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the AV industry.
“Justin’s wealth of experience and leadership qualities make him the perfect choice for the role of project delivery director,” said Kinly CEO, Tom Martin. “His commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly with Kinly’s vision, and we are excited to see the continued success he will bring to our UK operations.
“As Kinly continues to evolve in the AV industry, Justin’s leadership is poised to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s success.”
Stuart added: “Justin consistently leads by example, offering unwavering support and mentorship throughout Kinly. With his unwavering determination and the full backing of Kinly’s leadership team, I have no doubt that we will continue on our path of continuous improvement, solidifying our position as a world-class project delivery organisation with Justin at the helm.”
Justin said he was “honoured” to take on the role. “I look forward to leading our talented team and delivering innovative AV solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations,” he said.
