Sharp Home Electronics Company of America (SHCA) has appointed Grace Dolan as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America (SEMCA).
SHCA is the US Consumer Products Group of Sharp Electronics Corporation, with a product portfolio including Sharp Microwave Drawer™ ovens, AQUOS™ TVs, Sharp Carousel® microwave ovens, and Plasmacluster® Ion air purifiers.
With nearly two decades of leadership experience in technology and consumer products, Dolan will spearhead business strategy and operations, elevate brand awareness, and drive market growth for SEMCA.
Dolan reports directly to Jim Sanduski, President of SHCA, and she will lead the US Consumer Products Group, which includes both Home Appliance and TV categories, overseeing cross-functional teams across product and brand marketing, sales, sourcing and operations, business planning, and finance.
Dolan will be charged with advancing growth and profitability by building winning strategies that identify emerging product opportunities, anticipate industry trends, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

She has held C-suite and senior leadership roles at companies including Samsung Electronics America and Johnson & Johnson. With expertise ranging from brand marketing and digital transformation to global product innovation and retail strategy, Dolan has built a career shaping high-impact teams and delivering measurable results.
