ACCO Brands
ACCO Brands completed its acquisition of EPOS from Demant on 30 January 2026. Copenhagen-based enterprise audio brand EPOS is known for premium wired and wireless headsets, speakerphones and UC-certified audio solutions.
The acquisition gave ACCO a stronger position in the enterprise headset and collaboration market, expanding its Kensington computer accessories portfolio into premium audio. For Demant, it was part of a strategic shift to focus fully on hearing healthcare.
Dalberg-Larsen has commented:
“The division brings together a portfolio of outstanding technology companies and brands, including EPOS, Kensington, PowerA, and LucidSound – with hopefully more to come in the future. Having been in the role for a couple of months already, I can honestly say that I feel privileged to work alongside a global team of highly experienced and talented colleagues covering every aspect of the technology value chain. Their expertise, dedication, and passion for innovation make this an incredibly exciting organization to be part of. I look forward to building on the strong foundations of these great brands, driving growth, and creating value for our customers, partners, and employees around the world.”
