Arc has appointed Mark Darrah as their new Chief Technology Officer. Mark steps into the role following Matt Clayden’s decision to step aside after 25 years of leadership.
With more than 25 years of experience in technology and managed services, Mark brings a proven record of driving growth, innovation and operational excellence. Mark was a founder and director of NITC (Nationwide IT Consultancy Ltd.), which Arc acquired in October 2024.
As Chief Technology Officer, Mark will join Arc’s executive leadership team, and will lead the company’s strategic technology direction, further develop service capabilities and oversee the delivery of customer projects across the business. His focus will be on ensuring Arc continues to provide reliable, secure and forward-thinking IT solutions that empower our customers and support their growth.
Arc CEO, James Clayden, commented:
“During the past two years, our business has changed significantly with three varied acquisitions. We’re thrilled to welcome Mark as our new CTO; his leadership, vision and deep understanding of the MSP landscape will be instrumental as we continue to expand our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients. I’d also like to thank Matt for his 25 years of commitment and service; Arc’s success owes a lot of what it is today to all his hard work, dedication and strategic direction of this business.”
As part of this transition, Dan Bryant will now take on the role of Cloud Practice Lead, overseeing Arc’s growing cloud services offering.
