BLOC (Building Leadership, Opportunity and Collaboration) is a UK-based business services group formed in October 2025 by the merger of two major dealer groups, Integra Business Solutions and Office Friendly. BLOC is a membership organisation for independent dealers in the office supplies and technology sector, providing marketing and purchasing support.
BLOC has signed a new three-year agreement with VOW Wholesale, reinforcing a partnership that spans more than 30 years.
The agreement provides an overall improvement to volume and growth rebate programmes specifically to support the BLOC community together with preferential delivery rates, underpinned by dedicated account management and a focus on maintaining stability of supply.
Currently VOW Wholesale is working on a specific change to their IT systems that would allow them to prioritise their picking system to a dedicated set of customers if, and when, disruption occurs at the ADC warehouse.
VOW are willing to help and support BLOC members with areas such as credit limit extensions.
In a recent company statement to BLOC members, the company has stated:
“Over the next few weeks, we will see a period where volumes change across our market, so we’d advise you to place orders early to help mitigate any out of stocks and delivery issues.”
