CyberSentriq: Three new Management Changes

CyberSentriq has appointed Myles Bray as Chief Executive Officer, as the company accelerates investment in AI-driven threat detection, cyber resilience, and partner growth.

CyberSentriq has further strengthened its leadership team with the addition of former Microsoft and AWS leader James Brown and seasoned SaaS and fintech CFO Bonnie Mitchell.

Bonnie Mitchell

Bonnie Mitchell brings experience scaling PE-backed SaaS, fintech, and payments businesses, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Proactis. At the time, Bonnie commented:

“This is a hugely exciting next step for me, and I’m thrilled to be joining such a talented team at a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. Cybersentriq is entering a new phase of growth, and I’m looking forward to playing a part in shaping what comes next and supporting the business as it continues to evolve. There is a tremendous opportunity ahead, and I’m energised by the chance to work alongside the team to support the next stage of the company’s development.”

James Brown

James Brown joins as Chief Strategy Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience across Microsoft, AWS, Alert Logic, Palo Alto Networks, and Akamai. Most notably the last position he held was Senior Director Product Management, AI and Field at Akamai Technologies. On his appointment, James noted:

“..what drew me in is the scale of what’s already been built — 60+ distributors, around 4,000 MSP and VAR partners, and 125,000 SMBs depending on the platform every day. The opportunity to help shape where this goes next, at a time when AI threats are genuinely changing the game for MSPs and SMBs, is one that I am excited to drive!”

Myles Bray

Bray joins from Feedzai, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, helping to accelerate growth and expansion. Previously, he spent more than 10 years in senior cybersecurity leadership roles across Forcepoint, Forescout, and F5.

Myles Bray, new CEO at CyberSentriq, has said:

“MSPs are being asked to defend customers against increasingly sophisticated AI-driven threats while managing growing operational complexity. CyberSentriq brings security, backup, recovery, and resilience together in a single platform purpose-built to help partners protect customers more effectively and scale with confidence.”

TitanHQ + Redstor

These major appointments follow the June 2025 creation of CyberSentriq through Bregal Milestone’s acquisition of TitanHQ and merger with Redstor. This transformational period was led by outgoing CEO James Griffin, who oversaw the successful integration and established the company as a global cybersecurity and data protection leader, and who remains as Board Advisor.

James Griffin has said:

“I’m delighted to welcome Myles to CyberSentriq, who will lead this fantastic company through its next phase of growth as it becomes the pre-eminent European headquartered SMB Cybersecurity platform.”

Today, CyberSentriq works with more than 60 global distributors, circa 4,000 MSP and VAR partners, and 125,000 SMBs, helping defend against evolving AI cyber threats while ensuring rapid recovery and operational resilience. Many incumbent vendors still rely on fragmented point solutions that increase operational complexity for MSPs and leave SMBs exposed to evolving threats.

CyberSentriq is investing in AI-driven detection, automated response, and intelligent recovery capabilities designed to help MSPs identify and contain threats faster while simplifying security operations for SMB environments.

CyberSentriq will showcase its latest MSP cybersecurity innovations at Pax8 Beyond as the company continues scaling its AI-native cybersecurity platform across the global MSP ecosystem.
