Exertis Ireland have announced the appointment of Damian Guerin as Managing Director of Exertis Ireland. Damian brings over 30 years industry experience and has played a key role in the company’s success to date, with his previous role being that of Consumer Director. As Managing Director, he will lead the next phase of the company’s strategic growth and development.
Exertis Ireland Holdings Ltd have also announced the appointment of Mark Forbes as Group Finance Director. Mark brings extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and corporate governance. In this role Mark will oversee the Group’s financial strategy, reporting, and business development.
Exertis Ireland is a major technology distributor and specialist services provider that supplies IT, consumer electronics, networking, and mobility solutions to resellers, retailers, and telecom operators across Ireland. The company is linked to DCC Technology, and was acquired by private equity firm AURELIUS in 2025.
