QBS Software now has a Sales Enablement Partnership with Cadity

QBS Software has announced a new sales enablement partnership with Cadity, a specialist sales enablement firm founded by Kate Rothwell (pictured).

The partnership will see Cadity work with QBS Software to implement an advanced sales framework across the platform, supporting the company’s next phase of growth as it expands its sales capability across EMEA.

Kate Rothwell, Founder of Cadity, said:

“QBS Software has a clear vision, strong leadership, and a differentiated position in the enterprise software delivery market. The role now is to help embed a sales framework that gives every team across the group the tools, language, and structure to execute at scale. The ambition is significant, and we are delighted to be supporting QBS on this journey.”

QBS Software is adding 80 new roles across the region, focused on sales execution, amplifying vendor messaging, and co-selling with channel partners. QBS Software’s continued ambition is to build the leading EMEA platform for enterprise software delivery, helping vendors scale faster and enabling partners to access a broader portfolio of specialist software solutions. In parallel, QBS is accelerating its partnership with AWS Marketplace, with a focus on removing friction in procurement, simplifying commercial models, and enabling customers and their preferred partner to consume software in the way that works best for them.

Tom Corrigan (pictured), Group CRO, who recently joined QBS Software following senior sales leadership roles at Avnet and TD SYNNEX said:

“On joining QBS Software, I was immediately excited by the massive opportunity to help scale a thriving business across the globe. I have spent many years working across the technology supply chain, and I have always been impressed by organisations that build and develop pipeline on behalf of their vendors. That is what QBS does differently.”

Tom continues:

“When Kate and I first spoke, we discussed the desire for both consistency and world-class execution in how we take vendor propositions to market with our partners. We are delighted to be partnering with Kate and Cadity as we work together to put an advanced sales framework in place across the whole group. The programme will focus on building a consistent sales methodology across our regional teams, strengthening our ability to engage our partner ecosystem and positioning vendor solutions that drives measurable commercial outcomes.”

Dave Stevinson, CEO of QBS Software, said:

“QBS is entering a very exciting phase of growth. We are investing heavily in sales capability across EMEA because our vendors and partners need more. They need a team that can execute, amplify messaging, and originate demand in the market. If I can use the analogy of that scene in Spinal Tap, and I think I probably can, we are turning it up to 11.”
