ServiceNow is combining its AI and workflow automation capabilities with SoftwareOne’s software and cloud solutions in a multi-year strategic collaboration to transform cloud IT modernisation.
During the first phase of the alliance, the companies will launch a joint offering to their customers that combines ServiceNow’s workflow automation capabilities with SoftwareOne’s software and cloud expertise. Through this partnership, customers will have improved visibility into IT assets, be able to manage rising software costs, and have the ability to build robust data foundations to support AI, security, and modernisation initiatives.
