HP Solutions is rolling out new offerings, including advanced AI-powered Support Services, a Device Registration Service, and an expanded Certified Refurbished PC portfolio, aimed at boosting employee productivity and environmental sustainability. These services include proactive AI-driven device health insights to reduce downtime, streamlined device registration for efficient management, and a broader selection of refurbished devices. The aim is to equip businesses with reliable, sustainable tech solutions, streamlining their operations and supporting circular economy goals.
HP is enhancing its Support Services with three packages (all service levels and response times will differ by region, visit https://cpc2.ext.hp.com/ for further details):
1. HP Essential Support: Offers standard business day remote support and onsite device repair for hybrid work environments. Customers can opt for device health insights to proactively manage PC issues.
2. HP Premium Support: Includes 24×7 remote support, onsite repair, AI-powered device health insights, pop-up alerts for potential issues, and automated repair scheduling to prevent business disruption.
3. HP Premium+ Support: Provides all Premium Support features, with added priority access to parts and service experts for faster repairs.
HP Device Registration Service, launching globally in February 2025, simplifies device deployment with features like seamless device integration, registration within 48 hours of order shipment, automation, and reporting. HP is also expanding its Certified Refurbished PC offerings to include the EliteBook and EliteDesk models, with 1-year warranties and optional extended support packages. These devices will be available in several countries, furthering circularity and sustainability goals.
The expanded HP Certified Refurbished PC portfolio will include:
- HP EliteBook 830 G8 (US only)
- HP EliteBook 840 G8
- HP EliteBook 850 G8
- HP EliteDesk Mini 800 G6
All of these devices include a standard 1-year limited warranty and will now offer the option of 2- or 3-year Offsite Support packages
HP Certified Refurbished PCs are already available direct in the US and France, and will also be available in the UK, Spain, Sweden and the Netherland this April.
