KLEVV might be relatively new to the European market, but the company is looking to grow strongly, and resellers are at the heart of this.
In this Q&A, Juan Ilhwan Kim, KLEVV sales lead at Essencore, outlines KLEVV’s unique selling points, and plans to expand in Europe.
Q: What have been KLEVV’s latest innovations?
JIK: KLEVV focuses on delivering quality, compatibility, stability and design, not just being the first to market. Our latest products like the upcoming CRAS C925G SSD and our flagship CRAS V RGB/URBANE V RGB DDR5 memory are designed with user experience in mind, offering reliable performance and refined aesthetics that meet the evolving needs of gamers and creators.
Q: What makes KLEVV stand out from its competitors?
JIK: Unlike many brands that source components from various suppliers, KLEVV – thanks to our SK Group background – exclusively uses SK Hynix memory chips in our DRAM lineup. This guarantees superior performance, consistency and compatibility, giving us a clear edge in terms of stability and long-term reliability. Additionally, we place strong emphasis on design, balancing aesthetics with functionality. Our products have received multiple international design awards, reflecting our commitment to form and performance.
Q: The KLEVV brand is owned by SK Hynix. How does this ensure the highest quality?
JIK: KLEVV is not directly owned by SK Hynix, but as part of the SK Group under Essencore, we are a ‘cousin company’ to SK Hynix. This relationship gives us privileged access to high-quality components and industry-leading technologies. We’re often among the first to receive new specifications and samples – well ahead of regular module makers – allowing us to deliver highly reliable products with peace-of-mind quality from the start.
Q: How does KLEVV work with resellers?
JIK: We closely work with resellers in coordination with local distributors in each region. Together, we manage pricing, supply and stock, as well as cooperate on marketing activities, promotional planning and long-term channel development to ensure steady growth and brand presence.
As a relatively new brand in Europe, we actively seek to expand our reseller network. Once onboard, resellers who proactively promote KLEVV can expect marketing support and cooperation aimed at achieving shared success.
