Lenovo has introduced the Lenovo 360 Expert Achievers Programme (LEAP), a new channel engagement initiative designed to accelerate growth among its UK partners and support their teams in boosting technology adoption for businesses across the country.

The programme, aimed at channel sales and technical support staff, is part of a broader strategy by Lenovo to empower its partner network through tailored incentives, resources, and training. By equipping partners with the tools and expertise they need to succeed, Lenovo aims to strengthen collaboration, drive business expansion, and deliver greater value to end customers as they embark on AI and digital transformation programmes.

The launch of LEAP is designed to engage with sellers via tailored training and incentives through Lenovo 360, Lenovo’s global channel partner framework. To deepen its relationship with channel partners, Lenovo has established LEAP to reward channel employees for both selling eligible Lenovo products and solutions and completing Lenovo 360 training courses, part of the Lenovo 360 Engage framework.

The courses are structured into learning paths that lead to credentials and certifications, enhancing seller skills and expertise. Designed to motivate and upskill frontline staff, the programme allows participants to earn points, which can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including pre-paid Lenovo Mastercards.

As part of this programme Lenovo has also launched the Score BIG Incentive, a channel incentive exclusively available through LEAP. It offers partners the chance to win tax-paid prizes including tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026, where Lenovo is the official Technology Partner. Partners earn LEAP points through selling or completing training courses, and once they cross a points threshold, they earn a raffle ticket for the Score BIG Incentive quarterly prize draw. Other prizes include luxury breaks, shopping vouchers and experience days, with winners announced every quarter until March 2026.

Natalie Noor, Director, UK&I Channel & SMB at Lenovo commented, “LEAP reaffirms our long-standing commitment to our channel partners and their staff, with an initiative that rewards teams for both driving sales and growing their knowledge. With a simple rewards system accessible through the LEAP portal, staff receive rewards for their efforts, adding to a range of incentives supporting our valued partners to learn, sell, connect and grow with customers.”

Employees at any Lenovo partner can sign up for LEAP via the Lenovo 360 Partner Hub. By completing the courses, earning points, and boosting their knowledge to effectively sell and offer support of Lenovo products, employees contribute towards their organisation’s Lenovo 360 Engage Accreditation requirements and sales tier targets.
