Paessler launches first MSP Program to drive growth across Europe

Paessler GmbH, IT and IoT monitoring solutions provider, has launched its first-ever dedicated Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, designed to help MSPs grow their businesses through a scalable, predictable and profitable model.

Businesses are increasingly relying on specialised MSPs to manage their diverse technologies and platforms. The demand for expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT and data analytics continues to rise, driving the need for MSPs that can deliver tailored support in these critical areas.

According to Gartner, global IT spending is projected to reach USD $5.74 trillion in 2025, a 9.3% increase from 2024. To support this growth, Paessler’s program provides a structured and flexible alternative to traditional license reselling, enabling MSPs to accelerate go-to-market success.

Edward Knight, MSP Director at Paessler stated, “Our new program is built to align with these market needs, offering a service-led model that enables MSPs to scale and grow. Our ambition for the MSP Program is to offer a viable alternative to traditional license reselling. By enabling MSPs to adopt a model that aligns with their service offerings, the program supports sustainable expansion and long-term success.”

Key benefits of the program include:

Flexible licensing model: MSPs can acquire licenses in a way that fits their business model, allowing them to scale alongside their clients.

Service-led model: MSPs can purchase sensors and deliver tailored service offerings to their customers, ensuring an optimised approach to IT monitoring.

Enhanced collaboration: Dedicated support, joint pitching opportunities, and tailored training to equip MSPs with the tools needed to succeed.

Co-marketing investment: Increased funding for co-marketing initiatives to drive demand generation and market awareness.

Listing and promotion: MSPs receive official recognition and promotion on Paessler’s MSP page, increasing visibility and customer awareness.

Dedicated sales resources: MSPs gain access to dedicated sales support to accelerate growth.

Incentivised tiered discounting: A scalable discounting model ensures cost efficiency as MSPs expand their businesses.
